We mainly coach vegan people who are looking to lose weight, and get strong/toned... But we also welcome those who want support in transitioning to a plant-based diet.

I love AI and all the modern technology, but only in it's place - You'll find I take a very active role in the community, and it's myself that writes all the resources. AI is good, but I don't think you can beat the human touch.

We have information to suit all levels of ability.
Sometimes people have to focus less on exercise, and more on nutrition (for example), but we always get people results.

If you're on Group Coaching, all our group calls are recorded and saved for replay.
If you're on 121 with Chris, you'll find him pretty flexible with time zones.
You'll also find the course videos available to watch in your own time.
Yes - If you're on 121 with Chris (me!), you'll definitely be talking regularly.
If you're signing up for Group-Only, you'll find me regularly in the Facebook group, answering questions, and supporting everyone.
